Our secure web server using the Secure Socket Layers (SSL) 3.0 instead of the Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.0 when transfer the data, the following IE7 browser default setting need to changed showing below:

1. From the IE7, click the "Tools" menu button

1-a .Or right click the browser to show the popup menu, click the "Menu Bar"

1-b. After menu bar shows, click the "Tools" menu.

2. Click the "Internet Options" from the drop down menu. After the "Internet Option" window open, do the following:

1. Click the "Advanced" tab;
2. Screwed down to the end to show the "Use TLS 1.0"
3. Click to un-check mark the boxes for "Use TLS 1.0"Click;
4. Click "Apply" button;
5. Click the "OK" button.
